		<description>I&#039;d look back at what the site was doing before any development. WAY back when wild flora and fauna used it. 

Then pick one of them that is significant, interesting, threatened, etc and call it that. But also (VERY IMPORTANTLY) do what you can do support that species (along with the rest of the original flora/fauna on the site).

If there&#039;s an indigenous name for that species, use that one, to connect with the site even more.
